Multi Scenario Adaptable PCB Belt Modules With Synchronous Transmission
Multi scenario adaptable PCB belt series modules with high efficiency synchronous transmission
The PCB belt series linear modules boast a wide range of application scenarios, capable of facilitating rapid workpiece transfer in production lines, accurately performing adhesive film cutting operations, and efficiently connecting key processes such as workpiece handling between CNC machining machines. In terms of industrial applications, they are widely used in various fields, including the precision transmission links of TFT-LCD liquid crystal panel equipment, the component handling processes of solar energy equipment, the material conveying procedures of food packaging equipment, and the automated loading and unloading scenarios of CNC machining equipment. The types of PCB belts are divided into two categories based on working conditions: cleanroom belts are suitable for operating environments with high cleanliness requirements, while rubber belts are adapted to conventional working conditions.
The technical advantages of synchronous belt drive are particularly prominent: the PM-type high-tension toothed belt adopted, with its excellent structural design, achieves efficient transmission at 98%, and the maximum linear speed can reach 2m/s — which is twice the speed of traditional screw slides. Paired with lightweight aluminum alloy sliders, it not only reduces the motion load but also shortens the dynamic response time to 0.4s, significantly improving the operational efficiency of sorting and handling links.
In terms of stroke expansion capability, this module also performs excellently: the standard stroke covers 50-3500mm. Relying on advanced guide rail splicing technology, it can easily achieve seamless extension of ultra-long strokes, completely breaking away from the stroke bottleneck caused by the critical speed limitation of traditional screws. It is particularly suitable for scenarios such as long-distance material transfer in logistics conveyor lines and large-scale operations of shuttle cars in three-dimensional warehouses.
